1. Definitions

"Service" means any educational course, records organisation session, or membership product provided by Wisterra. "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses our services. "We", "us", and "our" refers to Wisterra, operating from 38 Prajak Silpakom Road, Mak Khaeng, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand. "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

Wisterra provides the following services:

• Retirement Field Guide Course — A self-paced educational resource providing general information about retirement and pension concepts. General education only; not professional, legal, or financial advice.
• Records Mapping Service — An in-person organisational session to help you inventory and structure personal documents. Organisational support only; we do not interpret, validate, or advise on the legal or financial significance of documents.
• Lifelong Learning Membership — Ongoing access to updated educational materials, informational talks, and a community forum. Knowledge-focused; no individual case handling.

None of our services constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional service. We strongly encourage you to seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are as published on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due prior to or upon commencement of the relevant service. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿).

Refunds: For the Field Guide Course, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the course materials. For the Records Mapping Service, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund; cancellations with less notice will receive a 50% refund. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, and written content provided by Wisterra are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them commercially without our written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or booking services
• Use our services only for lawful personal purposes
• Not misrepresent our services as professional advice to others
• Treat community members and staff with respect

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided for general educational and organisational purposes only. We make no representations about outcomes in your specific situation. Information in our materials reflects general knowledge at the time of publication and may become outdated. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the membership arrangement by giving written notice. We reserve the right to terminate access to services if these Terms are materially breached. Upon termination, your licence to use our materials ends, though materials already downloaded remain available for personal use.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you contact us first to seek an informal resolution. If that is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Udon Thani Province, Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active membership holders of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
